Pickups
Unfortunately, we're not able to offer delivery at this time. All bikes must be picked up from our shop located at 7628 N Paulina St in Chicago (during an appointment made while checking out online or during our in-person sale hours listed here).
We encourage all customers to test ride their bike during pickup to ensure it's a right fit! If it's not, we will help you explore our inventory to see if there’s something more suitable for you. Otherwise, we can offer a full refund.
Once a bike has been bought and gone home with a customer, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges outside of our 30-Day Bicycle Guarantee Policy.
30-Day Bicycle Guarantee Policy
The Recyclery Collective offers a 30-day Bicycle Guarantee Policy as we take pride in the quality of our refurbished bicycles.
- If your bicycle has a mechanical failure, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
- If we determine that your bicycle was sold with a mechanical defect, then we will repair the bike free of charge.
- In the event that the bike was sold with a mechanical defect but is not repairable, we will issue a full exchange or refund on the bike.
- This policy does not cover damage incurred by the customer.
Trade-in Policy
Any bike purchased from the Recyclery can be returned for up to 30% store credit by the original customer who purchased side bike. Please contact us at info@therecyclery.org to schedule a trade-in inspection appointment if interested!
Upgrades and Long-term Maintenance
If you would like to assistance with or access to tools for routine maintenance/repairs, we welcome you to visit us during our Open Shop hours!
